It is not a list of frequently asked questions. It is an assistant that reads the MozOut catalogue at the moment you ask — plans, prices in your currency, domains, knowledge base — and answers from what is there.
No account and nothing to install: it sits in the corner of every page. You ask, it fetches the answer from the catalogue and the knowledge base, and returns it in seconds. If the matter calls for a person, it hands the conversation over and tells you it did.
What we measure, not what we promise.
Every answer comes from a source of ours. It does not guess prices or invent pages:
It knows nothing by heart. For every question it goes and fetches the material, and answers from what is there — and when it finds none, it says so, instead of inventing an answer that sounds right.
Plans, billing cycles and prices, read the moment you ask and in the currency you will pay in. The same source your invoice comes from: if a price changes today, the answer changes today.

Some things a machine should not decide on its own. On these it does not answer — it hands you to a person:

So we can reach you if the conversation breaks off, and so whoever takes over knows what was said.

Prices come from the same place your invoice does: the MozOut catalogue, in your currency. It does not work prices out from memory or invent pages — when it has no source for an answer, it says it does not know.
Only if you are signed in to the client area. Then it knows your services and your dates. Signed out, it talks to you as it would to any visitor — there is no way to see somebody else's account.
We do, so we can answer you and so whoever takes over can see what was said. We ask for your name, e-mail and phone at the start, and use them for that alone. You can have the conversation e-mailed to you at the end.
